1)  we are monitoring ATM interface for bandwidth use . we have put 80% threshold . Our problem is when i disconver device it discover interface with MINIMUM bandwidth .
for example..if i have atm interface with 2Mb download and 512kb upload..it discover interface with minimum bandwidth. 512kb AND as i put thrshold 80% for interface it send me alert for 80% of 512. i have like 800 routers monitord.

i cant go in to each router sanpshot and configure manually upload and download speed so it can work  good.

i have see in Admin option in " interface tab " there is no provision of globle configuration ,

can u guide me how can i configur the need..and i think this will be very general proble of everybody.

2) i have another problem i have distributed different bussiness view for different users..but i have seen a user who doesnot belongs to that bussiness view still can see " alaram "  ?
