I have a question regardin OpManager integration (I posted similar question on ServiceDesk forum already and gets some info). When I try to integrate OpManager and my ServiceDesk as you show me above I recieve this message:
Troubleshoot
Check if the ServiceDeskPlus Server is running
Check if there is any special character in the values configured in the ServiceDesk Plus (category, groups, techicians, etc).
Server is running and it is accessible through network on 8080 port. Credentials are OK (I use ! sign in my password). Not sure what special charactera should check?
