I am running Service Desk Plus 8.2.0 listening on port 443 (working fine)

I want to integrate our OpManager 10.200 with Service Desk. The integration worked fine via HTTP, but now when I attempt to apply the 'sdp.keystore' file from Service Desk, OpManager simply 'spins' and does not accept the configuration.

I have modified the file 'ssl_servicedesk.bat' and added the correct password for -keypass and -storepass values but it doesnt work.

any suggestions?
