Integration with Opmanager?
we have the latest versions of opmanager and Service Desk.
When we go to setup a notification profile in opmanager we can't select any of the info from Service Desk.
What gives? it says this can be done, and looks like it's setup to do just this, but the drop downs are blank.
Anyone else having a similar issue with the integration?
