We have not historically made use of Approvals for Requests. I did just have a moment where it would have made sense to use, but since our end users are not familiar with receiving approvals from ServiceDesk Plus, I decided to just send an email.

This led me to wondering whether there is an existing or planned integration with Microsoft Approvals. We do already use approvals in our onboarding and offboarding procedures, so some of our end users are familiar with that system. It would be good if we could somehow use Microsoft Approvals in place of the delivered approvals in SDP for requests.

We do utilize approvals for Change Management and have been happy enough with that system. Very few of our users are members of CABs though.
