Integration with HP OV Service Desk Tool
Hi,
We would like to integrate Advent with HP OV SD 4.5, any information in this regard will be very helpful. As Advent provides report on the availability we assume that it uses the same identifier for a particular up and down messages, I would like to know the variable used for this identifier based on which it can be tightly integrated with HP OV SD.
