Integration with Google Search Appliance
Is there a way to integrate Sevice Desk with the Google Search Appliance? We use one of these internally to provide a unified search facility across many sources of enterprise data, and would like to add the solutions in our Service Desk install.
I've tried getting it to crawl from /Solutions.do page but it doesnt find anything. Any suggestions for how I could achieve this would be great!
