Integration with Eclipse Mylyn
Are you planning to integrate SupportCenter ticket management with Eclipse Mylyn? It would be very useful for developers to have a view of their open tickets from within the same IDE that they use for their daily work.
For the present moment, developers have a unified view of:
- tasks
- bugs (resolution pending)
