I have 2 questions regarding the notes that ADManager creates on ServiceDesk requests while using the Create user function.
First, I'd like to know if it's possible to make the note come from System or something like that, instead of myself as a technician, even if I'm not the one performing the action.
(My coworker uses the integration to create a user, but the note says I did it)
Second, I'd like to change the default text that ADManager leaves in the note in ServiceDesk.
Currently, this is what it leaves as a note, I'm assuming it's the default:
Action Name : Create User,
Domain : <Domain>,
User : <Firstname Lastname>
Status : Successfully created the user.
Is this text available somewhere in a template file I can modify?
