Integration Opmanager with ServiceDesk Plus
Hi, I´m having a problem integrating opmanager with servicedesk plus, I try to do the following actions but it doesn´t work:
1. I check if the server that is hosting the ServiceDesk Plus is running.
2. I change the username and password to:
username: domain\vanilson
pasword: vanilson
Does anyone know how to solve this problem???
