Integration of SupportCenter and Service Desk
We are interested in using SC+ for managing requests & incidents submitted by external customers via the web portal or email. Meanwhile, we are interested in using SD+ for managing work related to the customer's request plus all other ITIL tasks (change, asset, etc). Our questions are:
Can we "combine" SC+ and SD+ into a single app and database?
If not, what would you recommend to integrate the two app and data?
