Integration from Nagios to ServiceDesk Plus
Hi y'all,
Our support department has decided to use ServiceDesk Plus for handling support related problems.
In Operations, we'd like to have our Nagios setup automagically post a problem to the ServiceDisk, so they (and eventually we) know that ie. Tux1 is not answering our pings.
First of all, is this possible at all?
Second, if this is possible, what format should I use for my notification mail from Nagios? I've been looking around for this, but has been unable to find any documentation on the subject so far.
