Integration between Service Desk Plus & OpManager
Hi,
I've the last version of Service Desk Plus and OpManager and i set up to integrate both tools.
After set up all configuration, all the CI's that i have in OpManager appears on Service Desk Plus, but when any alarm is generated by OpManager it supposed to create new ticket and it doesn't work.
Anyone can help me?
