Hi,
I install both products and are both full licensed. When i try to integrate these products, by OpManager, appears an error like this:
All the configurations are correctly.
I already check the service on Service Desk Server and it's running.
The goal of this integration is to have all the CI's, created on OpManager, in Server Desk Plus, when a user creates a ticket, or when an alarm is generated by OpManager, creates automatically a ticket on Service Desk Plus.
