Integration between OpManager and SDplus
Hi Guys,
I'm with a new customer, seeing the integration between both applications, and we had some trouble with this, when in OpManager we have configured the parameters to connect with servicedesk, the application show us a new dialog where to create what we can believe is the different notification profiles to log a new ticket in SDPlus, identifying previously the category, technician and priority, but once we do this, this dialog show the three different combo boxes with this options, but not showing the contents in every one.
Can you help us with this?
