Integrating OpManager with ServiceDesk Plus Problem!!
Hi,
I'm running Opmanager build 8010 and Servicedesk plus 7.5 (with AD SSO) on separate Servers. SD+ uses MSSQL & OpManager uses MySQL.
I get the error: "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high." when i try to integrate both products from the Add-On/Products Integration screen.
I've tried both domain & local authentication (DOMAIN\User), nothing works. I read an old post which stated that the issue got fixed in OpManager 7205build, but it seems the issue still persists in 8010.
I would really need some help with this.
