integrating appmanager with servicedesk
Hi all,
We have both appmanager and servicedesk running on separate machines.
Now, trying to create an action from appmgr to create tickets and after entering the information, the application says:
"Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high"
The authentication in Servicedesk is integrated with active directory.
Any help would be appreciated.
