Integrate SelfServe with Servicedesk

Linking the two together would enable the same set of details to be used in both applications. This would save having to constantly update two sets of data. This is especially important with Users, departments and sites.

Would also allow ADSelfServe to set tickets for in ServiceDesk to enable monitoring of staff competence for example if more training is required
