Integrate OpManager with ServiceDesk Plus

Please, help me with this integration. Cant say OpManager eat data about ServiceDesk Plus
OpManager - 9100
ServiceDesk Plus - 8.0.0 build 8022
What I doing wrong?
ip correct, port correct (i have telnet on it from OpManager)

which login i have to use?
Trying AD and local (administrator, administrator) - no effect!
Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high
email settings:
from ServiceDesk Plus mail server settings
