Instructional field for Technicians

Has anyone attempted to create an instructional field for their Incident templates?


Use case example: When a user calls in to request a password reset, our techs are required to confirm the customers identity. We'd like to be able to attach a non-editable field to the Technician view of the request that calls out the requirement. The field should also stand out from the rest of the form (i.e.; red and bold font) .
