Instruction or help text

I see this 3 year old announcement about help text being available for locally hosted and MSP. When will this feature be available for SD+ cloud?

Most of our templates have instructions for the end user added to the 'Description' field as normal text. 99.999% of the time the end user doesn't delete those instructions and just appends text to the next line. Being able to have 'temporary' text there that disappears as soon as the end user starts typing, or having an instruction line available above/around fields would be a great improvement.
