Installing/Upgrading AVG Business Edition

We are looking at upgrading our AVG Business to a new version. There is a script file and a .BAT file that the server creates with all the settings. I am having a problem running the .BAT in the Software Deployment screen. I am not sure how the .BAT files are run from Desktop Central, but the file calls the install and config file in the same folder as the .BAT.

In another program we used to use to deploy software, all I had to do was set the /s /c arguments for cmd.exe that was run on the PC after copying the files to the system. It doesn't appear to be that easy in desktop central. I am not able to get it to run, coming up with different errors depending on the different things I have attempted.
