Installing Office 365 Patches - Desktop Central Cloud

Hi

As anyone managed to get the Office 365 patches to reliably install. I know that you can't be using Office when the patch tries to install, which is a pain. Our patches are set that if they can't be installed that they install on next reboot but that doesn't appear to happen all the time.
I have even setup a deployment that as a pre-deployment notice, asking the user to restart, to install the update, then it is set to deploy on reboot. but the notice never appears. In the console the deployment shows as just ready to execute? Set the task as to deploy as computer and tried it as user as well.
