Installed Hotfix 10.1.0-SP-2228.5 and No longer accessible form the web.

I installed the latest hotfix this morning and now I am unable to access MEDC from the web.  I am able to access the interface locally just not from outside.  All of the local systems appear to be working as normal.  I installed the hotfix as I always have and everything went fine no errors or other messages.  I have checked the firewall and everything is as it was previously.  I have tried uninstalling the hotfix but that fails.  The update Manager just crashes when I click on finish to complete the uninstall.  This is an inherited environment to me so I am not 100% familiar with it.  I have however installed the last 5 - 6 hotfixes without issue.  Any help is appreciated.
