we are currently installing a trial version (we have the licence which will be installed soon after), under ubuntu.

The application installer run smoothly (we used a console installation, not graphical), but when we try to launch the Applications Manager 9 (last version downloaded today) we receive the following error message:

3.  Note:It is recommended to start the product in nohu
4.  Usage : nohu
5. ##########################################################################
6. AppManager Info: Temporary image files are removed
7. ./bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
8. error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/opt/ME/AppManager9/working/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)'
9. Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/opt/ME/AppManager9/working/mysql/mysql.sock' exists!
