I’m encountering problems while trying to install ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus [Version 10.1.21] on my new AI computer. The issues I’m facing include:

• Installation failure: The installation process stops unexpectedly or gets stuck without completing.
• Service not starting: Even after installation, the Patch Manager service doesn’t start properly or keeps crashing.
• Slow performance: When it does install, the tool is very slow and unresponsive, especially during patch scanning.

I’ve tried reinstalling the software, updating system components, and checking for any missing prerequisites, but the issues persist. Has anyone experienced similar installation problems with Patch Manager Plus on an AI-based system? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
