I am evaluating Desktop Central and I have a 3rd party application I am testing the installation, it did install fine on a Windows 7 32bit SP1 workstation, but on others Windows 7 64bit SP1, I am getting the error below:
“This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.”
I have been looking at your KB and in Google and have not been able to find a solution. Can anybody suggest what could be causing the installation package to fail under Win 7 64 bits?
