Install on Fedora Core 5 - dual xeon 2.8 4 gigs of ram

After testing NFA on a small box, we want to test it under full load from our Cisco 12K's w/ about 400 megabits of traffic running through them.
After installing it on a dual xeon 2.8 4 gigs of ram running fedora core 5, I change to the bin directory, and execute ./run.sh
