When I install Firewall Analyser using the quick or advanced option, I get "Error occurred while configuring Port Number".  I then completes the install, but the service will not start - error 1067 ( Critical error: wait for JVM process failed)

 

I've tried changing port numbers.  No other apps are installed.

 

I've also tried using a standard virtual machine and building a new OS with default settings.  OS is Windows 2008 R2 Standard.

 

Any ideas?
