Install Agent from server to HP thin client (Citrix client) fail

When I Install Agent from server to HP thin client [T5730] (Citrix client) fail and have error message " An extended error has occurred". This PC boot up and connect to our host site with VPN connection to Citric server for all application. Do Desktop Central support such connection.
