Instability in the process SysEvtCol.exe (encryption enabled)

If the option Encrypt Archive Date is enabled, then the process SysEvtCol.exe becomes unstable: the process SysEvtCol.exe goes regularly in crash. The problem, apparently, it seems the same as Build 6002.
