inserting attachments to assets and resolutions/notes
Is there a way to attach files to assets (for example a picture of the asset... or documentation).
Also, after someone sends in a request, is there a way for the technician to attach a file to it (either in the notes or resolution parts of the request).
Sorry for all these questions, but they'd really help us out.
