I would like to know if it is possible to use the insert link feature in service desk as a internal url. For example \\servername\Network\mynetwork.xlsx

I see that the insert link works for internet links www.google.com for example but not for the kind of link as shown above.

Since we are using Service Desk in one of our server, we can access files like shown earlier. Our only challenge is that it is now working insrrvice desk right now.
