Hello,

After updating to version 11200 (from 11139), many of our older Solutions have 'lost' their inline images. A broken image icon is displayed instead.

I can still find the images stored on the server under the following folder:

\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\inlineimages\Solution\x

(where 'x' is the solution ID)

Solutions which were created more recently (since around November 2020, when we switched from 11125 to 11130) are all unaffected. But that is only a small proportion of all solutions.

Can you offer any ideas to rectify this issue? Unfortunately a lot of the solutions are rendered near useless without the supporting screenshots.
