Inline images and servicedesk
Hi, I have users using servicedesk 7.6.5 who send requests by c/p screenshots into outlook 2003.
All emails in servicedesk arrive with a winmail.dat attachement instead of the image. By tracking down the problem, it seems it exists in servicedesk, as forwarding every mail from the helpdesk inbox display the image property.
Sending an email to our supportcenter works as well. It seems only their servicedesk strips images to replace them with winmail.dat instead.
I double checked that their sending using plain text or html, tried with and without word as an editor, and I'm running out of ideas.
