Initiate Remote Control from 3rd Party App
Is it possible to initiate Remote Control of a computer by calling the Desktop Central procedure from a 3rd party app? For example, we have another product to manage our Service Desk, and we would like to be able to insert a button or link into the Incident form that passes the computer name to Desktop Central and initiates the Remote control procedure.
