We are currently looking at an alternative product for our current service desk application. Service desk plus seem to cater to our business requirements.From experience we ran into many technical issues ( that couldnot be solved by vendor) after our current product was implemented in the organizaion. Hence can you provide me with your feedback on this product for better evaluation.
