We have some InfoPath forms which users submit to ServiceDesk Plus. However, not all the fields are displayed within SDP with the completed content.
The missing content relates to fields which look up information from Active Directory. They display as an empty image-type field when submitted as a SDP request Data is entered manually for the remaining form fields.
How can I get the fields which look up AD to display with the correct information?
Our SDP is configured for a Windows Domain Scan which points to our domain controller.
