It would be useful to have an indicator (maybe a couple of icons?) on the reqest screen (both the request list and also detail screens) to show if a request is part of a change or problem (maybe project as well now?).

Currently the only way you have of seeing if a call is currently poart of a project or change is to open it up and look in "Actions".

This would speed up reviews of calls by knowing which calls are stand-alone and which are part of a larger piece of work.
