increse Memory For JVM

good day
i want to increase below JVM ,, i already did it before but when i update to the latest version 12101 its reset to its default value

2646 MB |

i follow below steps but it didn't work this time,,,
tune the Java memory in the file "wrapper.conf" located under < Home>\server\conf folder.
wrapper.conf:
# Initial Java Heap Size (in MB)
wrapper.java.initmemory=512
# Maximum Java Heap Size (in MB)
wrapper.java.maxmemory=4096
wrapper.conf:
# Initial Java Heap Size (in MB)
wrapper.java.initmemory=512
# Maximum Java Heap Size (in MB)
wrapper.java.maxmemory=4096
my hardware specification
memory 20 GB
CPU 3 socket with 4 core in each , total 12 virtual processor
any idea how can i change it with the new version?????
