Increased polling if device is down
Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if I'm phrasing this right, so I probably have missed it when I searched. Here's my question. Let's say we're monitoring a device every 5 minutes. Then it goes down for 2 minutes. Op manager is going to record it was down for at most 5 minutes depending on when the last poll was. This doesn't sound like a big deal but it can add up over time.
Is there a way for op manager to start polling a device more often when it goes down? Say like every 30 seconds or 1 minute? Then when it's cleared, to go back to it's original polling?
