I use SDP's custom scheduling feature to sync requests between SDP and Jira. I do this by using an additional field called Jira_Key.

There are currently 3500 open requests between SDP and Jira that need to be synced every day. I use a script to sync requests between SDP and Jira using custom schedule custom functions.

The problem is that when the number of open requests exceeds 1000 records, the script gives a complete error, and when I have less than 1000 open requests that have Jira_Key, this error is not given and the script runs completely and correctly and sync It is done between Jira and SDP. The number of open requests is dynamic and may increase or decrease.

How can I increase the custom schedule execution timeout? How can I solve this problem?
