incorrect mem utilization values

incorrect mem utilization values

Dear Support,

I am using opmanager build 5.6 to monitor local exchange servers.
SO far, when i use WMI to display CPU utilization, the values are correct. But with SNMP, they are wrong. How come?

Also, the memory utilization snapshot (pie chart) shows incorrect values.

Please help. THanks
