Inconsistency with requests showing up for a user
Hi there,
I will try to explain the situation as clearly as possible.
We have an exchange server, and a domain (A). I have imported all the users into SD from the domain.
For the sake of example a requester on SD called bob.
Bob logs onto the domain A. He opens outlook, and sends an email to the helpdesk account that SD is checking. He gets an email back saying that the request has been accepted. There is a link in the response email that supposedly takes him to that request. When you click on the link, it opens up the page for SD and he logs in with his domain credentials. When he logs in he is presented with a blank new request page. If you click on the requests tab, there are no requests recorded for bob.
If bob creates a request from inside SD, it shows up fine under Bob's Request list.
I want the request sent from outlook to be in bob's request list.
Is this a glitch or have a missed a fundamental thing here?
