we are currently sending alert SMS text messages to a list of predefined mobile numbers and the sending works very well (using a serial port attached nokia phone)

 

i want to know if there is a way that a receiving sender can reply on the message and have opmanager do certain things

 

EG, SMS is sent that the squidNT service is down on server bla-bla.wow.com

user replies to this message:

 

"restart service squidnt bla-bla.wow.com" and opmanager then restarts the service on server bla-bla.wow.com

 

or

 

"restart server bla-bla.wow.com" and opmanager tries to restart the server?
