It would be amazing if you could include a "last 24 hours" of a performance monitor graph in an email notification.  This can be a huge benefit to see if something like a disk space alert had a sudden drop over the last 24 hours or if it was gradual to help gauge how quickly to respond to the alert. 

For example: A "critical" disk space alert that was just triggered on a volume that has been filling up over months might not require immediate action vs. a critical notification where the disk dropped 20 GB in less then 60 minutes.
