I like the Resource Management, but the workload does not include working hours in non-operation hours:

1) Please consider add a "toggle" button or exception list so that working hours in non-operation hours can be included into the calculation of workload too.

2) Also, please consider adding a timesheet overview graph like the one I found in other PM solution:

This way we can have a clearer view on the worklog information across a period of time
