Is there a way for me to include request notes in my custom reports? My technicians frequently use request notes as a way to communicate the reason for a request status.
For example, when a request is on hold, the technician adds a note indicating why the request is on hold.
I run a daily report for "on-hold" requests, so it would be very valuable for me to see the notes on a request as part of this report to determine
why the request is on hold.
