Maybe you have some suggestions.

What's the best solution to limiting what site technicians can see what Incident templates?

Right now any Technician can view any Incident template.

There are permissions for Technicians.  but does not limit access to specific Incident Templates.

Incident Templates are not even secured by site.   Securing by site might solve my problem.

So does anyone have a workaround?
