I am running SDP build 12.0 Build 12007.
Currently we have 5 support groups and I have created Incident Templates and Service Request Templates for each of these support groups.
However, one of these Incident Templates does not apply the default values I have setup to assign the Group, or Category or Service Category and instead the completed form defaults to a different set of values.
I have tried creating a new Incident Template from scratch instead of copying from an existing template and am running into the same issue.
Have you seen this before, or am I doing something wrong?
